BazeWay Global Institute respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you when you use our website and student portal.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic account information you authorize Google to share, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We also store information you add to your student profile, course progress, exam attempts, scores, and preferences.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account, provide the student experience, save academic activity, personalize learning, secure and improve the service, and respond to support requests. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that operate the website, authentication, and database infrastructure, or disclosed when required by law. We retain account and academic information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may review and update your profile from the student portal. You can revoke BazeWay's Google access in your Google Account permissions. To request access, correction, or deletion of your information, contact us at bazewayglobalinstitute@gmail.com.
Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The service is intended for learners able to consent to account creation under applicable law; a parent or guardian should supervise younger learners.
