These terms govern your use of the BazeWay Global Institute website, student portal, courses, practice materials, and examinations. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your Google account secure, and use only an account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Educational service

BazeWay provides educational and exam-preparation content. Unless a course expressly states otherwise, certificates are certificates of completion and do not represent professional licensure, academic credit, employment guarantees, or institutional accreditation.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal learning. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse examinations, scrape or resell content, impersonate another person, upload harmful material, or use the service unlawfully.

Content and availability

BazeWay and its licensors retain rights in the website and learning materials. We may update courses, features, or availability to improve the service. You retain ownership of information you submit and permit us to process it to operate the service.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We work to provide accurate, useful content but do not guarantee that every item is error-free or suitable for every professional, licensing, or regulatory requirement. To the extent permitted by law, BazeWay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
